"OneFabric is an employee engagement platform.
The development product should help owners to monitor the work of workers by rewarding them for answering simple questions every day through an app. For each answered question the employee earns a small reward. In addition to answering questions, employees also get a reward when they get their friends/family members to take a job at their companies.
The product consists of a mobile application for the Employee and a web-based dashboard for the company Owner.
On mobile application the following sections exist:
Earn: Employees can answer questions, upload photos and Refer employees.
Redeem: Employees see all of the points they have earned that are available for redemption.
Settings: Employees see their information and can edit it.
Feedback form: Employees add their suggestions and observations."
